Our pieces run in short series. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout where required.

Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, pricing, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will notify you if this occurs.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

4. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS

Discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are issued, including any minimum spend, product exclusions, and expiry date. Unless expressly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with one another or with other promotions. 5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, a pricing error, or a violation of these Terms. Where we cancel an order that has been paid for, we will issue a full refund.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS

Shipping timelines, rates, and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
