Calais Noir Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligible for return

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags attached
• In its original packaging

Not eligible for return

• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason
3. We'll email you return instructions
4. Ship the item back following those instructions
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving the return, to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

For a different size or color, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order to ensure availability. Contact us and we'll help.

Defective or incorrect items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
