Orders

How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag, select size and color, and check out. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within the first 2 hours of placing it. Reach out as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Shipping

What are your delivery times?
Continental United States: 7–15 business days. International: 14–25 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary shipping on all orders over $100 (continental United States). Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate based on your location.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. It can take 3–5 days to activate in the carrier's system.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging.

How do I request a refund?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Discount Codes

How do I use a code?
At checkout, enter the code in the "Discount code" field and select Apply.

Sizing

Each product includes a size guide in its description. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You're also welcome to contact us for guidance.
